Commission service terms and conditions

PLEASE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE BEFORE REQUESTING A COMMISSION

✓ WAY OF WORKING

• Waiting list

There is a waiting list where you will be given 2 commission dates. A date for the delivery of the sketch and another date will be for the final delivery in color.

• Updates

Updates/WIPs will be delivered throughout the process (sketches, line art, flat color, rendering, etc.).

• Important Modifications

Only 3 major changes are allowed DURING THE SKETCH PHASE. After you approve it and start coloring, only minor changes (color, shadows or highlights) will be accepted.Changes in body structure, pose, perspective, etc., are not accepted once the sketch is approved and coloring has begun.

• Payment will be made through PayPal invoices:

At the time of payment, we will need your email address associated with the PayPal account that you will use to pay, to generate and send you the invoice in order to make the payment more secure.

• Full prepayment

The commission must be paid in full in advance.

• Installment payments

The total payment can also be divided into 2 or 3 installments, which will correspond to the order processes (first payment for sketches, second payment for base colors and third payment for final coloring). This installment plan can be customized.At least one first payment is always needed to start the commission.

• No refunds

In case of canceling the commission, it will be stopped and delivered until the most recent progress (sketch, line art, flat color, render, etc.) of the artwork. Chargebacks are not accepted.

✓ GENERALITIES

• Artist's signature

All the works will have my corresponding signature, if you do not want it to be in the commission, you will have to pay an extra percentage for its elimination.

• Editable file

If the client wishes the editable file of the commission, an extra sum must be paid at the price.

• The works of art cannot be modified in any way without prior notice This may have an additional cost.

You can indicate a date on which the client wants the commission to be published, but if in that case he does not want his commission to be published on my social networks, an extra percentage must be paid for PRIVATE USE.

• Personal use - Commercial.

If you want to market the work of art, you must pay an extra percentage.

• Important note

After you generate the payment (or make the first payment), you automatically agree to these Terms of Service.
